PROFILE: RON PEAKE
Astute assessment followed by pragmatic action. Ron has the experience and ability to effectively get to the nub of an issue, create a concise, critical assessment and then get on and deliver an outcome.
He’ll always have skin in the game, understanding the implications of weak or failing programmes and projects. He works closely with clients to develop the frameworks and capabilities that get programmes back on track. He’ll ensure transitions and capabilities are stronger than when he arrived, arming teams and organisations with the tools to stay on track. Ron has over 15 years experience leading large teams through change, in the public and private sectors. He focuses on strategy development, complex organisational change, management, programme and project work, contract management and procurement. He will influence, plan and align the key components to get things effectively back in play – expecting to go where others fear to tread if it delivers the goods for clients and turns a problem into a win.

PROFILE: DEREK LYONS
Derek distils problems to their core components – then identifies ways to solve them. He’s direct, detailed and dogged. Having managed large teams within public and private organisations, he understands the complexities and competing agendas that can impact programmes of work. His independent voice and experience on the ground gives clients a clear, practical route to swiftly recovering business benefits.
Derek has over 20 years experience in complex project work, organisation change, management, strategy development, contract management and procurement. He has a particular affinity with commercial contractual work, mining the legal landscape for the most effective outcomes. And the outcomes he pursues for his clients are effective - and pragmatic. He’ll ask the hard questions to find workable solutions. He will own the problem as part of the client team, but remain resolutely objective. He will solve it.
